Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ulna’s website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Access and Use of Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Ulna grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not:

  • reverse engineer, copy, alter, or create derivative works;
  • share your account credentials with others;
  • use the Services in a way that violates any law or third‑party rights.

4. Subscriptions and Fees

Some parts of the Services require a paid subscription and purchase. Template payments are one-time. Currently, Pro subscription is a one-time payment and yours forever. Fees are invoiced and are non‑refundable except as required by law. Ulna reserves the right to change fees and/or billing strategy but with prior notice. This will not affect existing subscribers.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload, create, or transmit through the Services. Ulna does not claim ownership of your content; however, by submitting it, you grant Ulna a license to use, host, store, and display that content to provide the Services to you and to improve the platform. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to Ulna’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Services, you consent to those practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or canceling your subscription through the app. Ulna may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately and we may delete your content in accordance with our data retention practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ULNA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

Ulna may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
